The 4th edition of Rivers State most coveted award Ceremony GARDEN CITY ADVANCEMENT AWARDS 2017, held in Presidential Hotel Port Harcourt, and recorded massive turn out. This Prestigious event is known for transparency, passion, integrity and excellence.
